New photoblog, new subscription
I finally launched my new photoblog, The Matte Finish. Right now, it has only five photos, but newer photos will be coming soon! I hope you like them as much as I do, because I really dig photography. In the coming months there are going to be cosmetic changes to the photoblog, but the photos will hopefully, still be coming!
Meanwhile, there have been a few changes in subscription of content. I have moved to using Feedburner and now there are three feeds, of which you need to pick only one, based on what you want to read! I have moved my blog feed too, to Feedburner. I urge you to update your current readers with these new feeds, because in the future, if I ever need to change my website address, the feeds will not need to change!
Merged Feed – Combined feed for both my blog and photoblog
Just my blog – Mostly Pointless (new feedburner address)
Just my photoblog – The Matte Finish (new feedburner address)
There is a whole new page – Subscribe – dedicated to providing all this information.

Nice photo blog. Finally found another blogger who’s interested in photography. I loved the bird capture…the empty space used adds to its beauty and the color and contrast are just so awesome. You might wanna check my stream at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/radhika_vunnam
nothing very great, but quenches my thirst for photography and you can find all my silly experiments there.
Yay, I love photoblogs.
The picture of the Brooklyn Bridge is awesome. And the little kid is adorable too. Looking forward to seeing more pictures Kokonad.
I am still ironing out several features in my photoblog – related to template and ease of use… therefore, there will be an erratic addition and deletion of pictures till I figure things out. Meanwhile, my photoblog host (pixelpost) has been acting up and has been offline for over 24 hours now!
I am unable to do several things.
@rads
Your macro shots are awesome! Especially the one with the heart on the window… It was brilliant of you to capture that. I have added your stream to my reader too! And with photography, in my opinion, nothing is silly!
Thanks Radhika! The bird’s one of my favorites – love it because of it’s astonishing simplicity!
@Archana
Thanks Archana! That little kid is my nephew – he is about to be 3 years old now. He was playing hide and seek with his mom!
aww…your nephew is awsumly cute!! and love the feel of the bridge. gr8 shots
@Nikita
Thank you Nikita! My nephew is such a womanizer already! He has such a BIG girl/woman fan club following! And not just Indians you know! You know, he prefers going to the women in parties – never stays with my brother-and-bhabhi’s guy friends!
I can see how he has a huge fan following
Such a cutie! I was at a restaurant once and this little boy was totally being adorable and smiling and me and my friends, and so his dad turns around and says “Look at that, he’s started already. Such a womanizer”. Haha, I suppose your nephew falls under that category.
Loved the photographs, will be waiting for more.
#Archana:
Ha ha! I will let him know. He is getting to know the smarter way of life… like first hugging his dad first and THEN asking for a Spiderman toy.
#prerna:
I am glad you loved the photographs
Thank you, Prerna! And welcome once again to my blog!
Amazing!! Too good Koke.. wen I start learning photography, I am going to take tips frm u
#Skor:
Vaise why “when I start learning”? Buy the camera and start the clicking. Summer’s here, you won’t get better lighting in any other part of the year
Skor bhai! Thank you thank you thank you!
