I don’t know what the story behind these tiny flowers were, but I wish I knew. They were kept on top of a five foot tall boulder sticking out of a creek in Pennsylvania. Photo taken in August 2008.

Took this picture after a small hike in along a waterfall in Pennsylvania. The waterfall wasn’t that great (it’s called the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, heh) but the forest was spectacular.

We had opened our shoes and gone hiking in the creek. This one was a toughie! I had to lie on not-so-smooth rocks to take this picture. This is definitely one of my top favorites. And no, I am not endorsing the shoe brand!

Clicked this in the San Diego Sea World – these are puffins and they swim REALLY fast! I got this captured after quite a few attempts of playing around with ISO and aperture.

Jishnu’s my three year old nephew who loves doing anything, outdoors. This picture was taken in San Diego Wild Animal Park after a joy ride involving giraffes and rhinos. Here, Jishnu was caught playing hide and seek with his mother.
